CHARACTERS

Captain Adama: (continuing character) An idealistic warrior who is trying to follow his duty to protect his people, as well as his vows to his wife Ila, who remains home on Caprica with their new born son Apollo. Often the guilt of being away from his family comes at odds with his oath to the Colonial service. Adama's high ideals of life and humanity are what drive him to protect the Colonies and his family against the war mongering Cylon Empire.

Lieutenant Tigh: (continuing character) Best friend and wingman to Captain Adama. They have come up through the Colonial service together and form an incredible combat team. Tigh is more carefree than Adama, and often balances out the high ideals that can sometimes weigh Adama down.

Cylons: (continuing characters) A cybernetic race that is the remnant of a once living reptilian culture that created machines to do their fighting for them. However the reptilian Cylon race became victims of their own creations, leaving the Cylon machines with a program to eliminate anything that does not fit the order as designed by the Cylon Empire.

Commander Odysseus: (pilot episode character) Commander of the Battlestar Cerberus. A hard edged commander that expects respect and order from his crew. He is straight forward and to the point.

Colonel Leila: (pilot episode character) She is the second in command of the Battlestar Cerberus. Confident and centered, she maintains a calm control over the operations of a ship as highly complex as a Battlestar.
